If you would like to permanently delete your profile in one of our apps, as well as all data associated with it, please follow these steps:
Send an email to email@example.com from the email address you provided when you registered on the app. This will help us ensure that you are the owner of the email address.
Please explicitly state in the email that you are requesting the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly delete all personal data. The deleted data includes:
Your display name
Your e-mail address
Your previously collected statistical data will remain, but will be anonymized and no longer traceable to you.
We would like to point out that this action cannot be reversed. Once your account and all associated data is deleted, we cannot recover it. We do not keep copies of your data beyond the time of deletion. Please consider this carefully before requesting deletion.
